Size of boots too big so had to return. They offered me a different color in size I needed and I agreed. Then they said they didn't have that either. I asked for a refund and they promptly gave it. My only concern is they don't seem to know their inventory. If they didn't have my size in the second instance why offer a replacement they didn't have either? But they promptly refunded my money which was a lot because they were expensive boots. I'd shop here again but might call to verify order.

Ok, so, my husband and I did a ton of research on which boot to buy. We knew that we needed to have the best boot since we would be punishing our feet with a lot of walking and a lot of weight for a few days (three day hike in the Santa Cruz mountains). There is nothing worse than being uncomfortable, cold, and blister bitten! We knew that the Zamberlan 760 Steep would be the best as soon as we read the description on CampSaver's website. This site really helped us make the decision to purchase, soooo, we took a chance and we are so glad we did. As soon as they came to the door I put them on and thought they would need time to break in. I was wrong. They fit like slippers and I wore them around the house for hours and didn't want to take them off. We went hiking on our three day trip and it was the best hike ever because of these boots. No hot spots, no water getting into the boots and lacing them was super easy. For the price this was the best investment in backpacking equipment I've ever made. Thanks to CampSaver I not only did I get a great price, I got the best boot to boot!
