      Comments about 9.6 Climax Rope:

I chose this rope, a 9.6mm diameter because I wanted it to be lighter for packing on a trek that includes several decent rappels. I also chose the 70m for the extra length. The rope is quality Mammut and can also be used as a lead rope in a pinch. The green is nondescript and can not be easily seen from a distance. Stealthy. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for and the price at CampSaver was unbelievable. I could not pass up the deal.
