First time trying this brand. Very pleased with the construction . I use it for camping and for work . I m a contractor . It's heavy duty enough but not heavy like my other work shoes. Feels like a custom fit. Flex with the feet well with plenty of cushion and a nice vibram sole . The design is a little busy for me but still a very nice pair of shoes overall .

It's all about the toe box!

I have a narrow foot but need a big toe box because I get hotspots/neuromas (inflamed nerves between toe joints)under the balls of my feet. ANY pressure on the widest part of my feet make the condition much worse. This shoe is perfect. Also, I hike in the desert and foxtails can be a huge problem. Most lightweight trail runners use a mesh type fabric that allows foxtails to get in--and you never seem to be able to really get them out! This shoe has a very dense, but lightweight fabric that the foxtails cannot penatrate. That's huge for me! My only complanint is that the color is not as it appeared on my computer screen. It is actually an "army" green--which is a little strange combined with pink. But, I can't worry about "style" when I'm rockin' in comfort!
