For anyone curious, it does come with a strap and the inside does have a fleece lining. Those were my questions when deciding and I'm glad I went with this one. It's super cute, and fits my hand well (medium-small hands).

Great chalk bag!

I love this chalk bag! It fits my hand nicely and holds the perfect amount of chalk. The Andean pattern is great too. I haven't seen another like it at my local gym. I also love that it comes with it's own belt.
