I spent over a month researching tents came down to 3,Kelty,Marmot and Big Agnes.The Marmot limestone6 with it's double vestibule was getting to big as far as area it was going to take up.The Big House 6 not having the vestibules would be perfect.You allways set up a tent with the back to the west and with the new 2013 Big house only having the one door now is what it needed to hold up better in the wind and rain.This tent is big enough for 6 but no elbow room so 4-5 with plenty of room for gear or what have you.I would like to see them put a heavier floor in it but with the footprint or tarps under it's fine.I got US Army woobies to put down on the inside floor for extra padding and protection.This tent is so easy to put up takes me about 12 min by myself.The briefcase bag makes packing it away very easy.I did buy better tent stakes.The tent has reinforced corners and other areas were needed for tie downs the tie down straps are not just sown into the seams like other tents they do a split box stitch.This is a very well made tent.Someone needs to make a good video on this this tent for us consumers to see just how good this tent is.I'm use to sleeping in a 16'tipi but I'm getting to old to be dragging it around so I bought the Big House 6 which makes it much easier now to go camping.This is a good 3 season tent.My thanks to Campsaver for the great savings on my camping gear.Take it from this old Indian you wont go wrong with any of the Big Agnes products.

This tent is so well designed, it makes you want to enjoy the outdoors! It has large windows and the bright, cheerful colors help make it feel not so dreary during a storm. The colors actually make it feel sunny. The set-up is very reasonable, it took 10 minutes the first time thru in my backyard. We have used it once in the rain and it stayed dry, even in the large vestibule. I recommend you buy that addition as well. The stakes are okay. We haven't bent any but I'd like to have it come with hex shaped stakes. The welcome mat is the icing on the cake. We love this tent.
