Preparation Instructions

Remove biscuit mix and set aside. Add chicken, peas and sauce to 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of water. Stir. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. In a separate container, combine dumpling mix with 1/4 cup (60 mL) of water. Stir until well mixed. Once sauce boils, add dumpling dough by spoonfuls. Cover and simmer over low heat 8 to 15 minutes.

This is a very good meal, its easy to prepare and contrary to what some people say it's not really that messy. The sauce is really tasty and the dumplings cook up moist and fluffy just like the ones that I make at home. I will deffinitely take this on every backpacking, camping and fishing trip I go on it's one of my all time favorite packaged meals and I have tried just about all of them.

Requires some mixing and simmering. Also dirty dishes are difficult in camp. My son enjoyed it though, so worthwhile overall.
