I purchased this hammock as a backup for my current setup for camping. I have a Hennesy Style hammock and it's awesome but you never know when your gonna need a different one on the trail. At only 12oz. and very little space in my pack it's a great second as well as being a really comfy camp chair/lounge rather than sitting on logs.

Over all for the price I'm very satisfied. Quick easy setup, I'll probably buy another to keep in my Jeep for whenever we're out and about.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great for backpacking, add a bug net and tarp and your good to go! Easier on the back and hips than a tent when hiking. Day use of mulitday, great relaxing pod.Packs easily,small, lightweight. Have used for 2 years, love it. From Maine to the Smokies, spring thru summer.
