update on my hilight tent

i have owned my hilight for a year now and have put it thru some new test. winds in excess of 40mph, steady rain for 16hrs, and of late 20 inches of snow in 12 hrs. the wind test was perfect i had to guy out the tent but had no problems. i stayed dry thru-out the steady rain with a bit of condensation, which i keep at bay with a tent rag. i had to knock the snow off the top and sides periodicaly thru the night(from the inside) i was using the vestibule in the snow storm and it held up well under the load. an amazing lightweight tent. i am 100 percent satisfied.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

this is a updaate on my hilight tent. i have now been in 50 mph gusts with no difficulty, although had to guy out the tent. spent 16 hrs of continous rain and stayed somewhat dry. and of late spent a night out with 20+ inches of snowfall in 16hr. period. i just added a vestibule which i had the night of the snow. with the exception of having to knock the snow off the tent thruout the night (from the inside, idid not have to go outside) the tent remarkably held up. i am amazed at this little lightweight tents ablities in all weather conditions.
