i bought this specifically for car camping, so my husband and I don't have to have the issue about falling in the 'gaps' when we pair two single sleeping pads with tabs or clips. i have a 50" wide double nemo air pillow topper which, although is 2" short compared to the pad, still fits well and closes fine , due to it's stretchiness. Very warm and comfy, especially with a nemo down quilt top with the shaped footbox that fits over the bottom of the pad. Only downsize if that it isn't small - especially with the pillow top it doesn't compress down very well, and I will need to purchase some larger straps. Overall- excellent for the purpose for which it was bought.

Love this for car camping - totally worth the cost! Our old inflatable air mattress required a pump, needed air added nightly and did not keep us warm on cold nights. When our last air mattress blew the entire valve off while being rolled up we knew it was time to find something better and we did! Unrolled this one, made dinner and had a bed ready to sleep in - just close the valve. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of body heat this mattress retained during the night. Also liked the oversize, seamless mattress - nobody was sleeping on the edge or in the seam. Very comfortable nights sleep, easy to roll up in the morning and comes with a stuff sack. Would definitely recommend this mattress.
