This is so comfortable! It fits perfectly into the arch of my lower back making it feel like it is part of me. I am 5'10" and 150 lbs. I thought because of my height I would be a medium, but the small was PERFECT! (But I do have a short-ish torso). So happy. I would suggest going to a store near you that has Gregory packs so you are sure that it fits.
