I am very pleased with how well this jacket regulates body heat through out many temperatures. This purchase exceeded my expectations for the intended use of a backpacking winter jacket.

Well made jacket for moderate cold

It was difficult to tell from pictures how lofty this jacket is. It turns out not to be a deep cold jacket and is best suite moderate col temperatures (no lower than -10 °C). On the positive side the jacket is well made and well detailed and it would pack down pretty small as an extra layer to carry in your pack.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
