I have purchased this meal a number of times in the past. I recently moved into U.L. backpacking so space is now a premium, and this was my first time using the pro-pak! It was FANASTIC! Took up half the space of the non vaccum sealed version, tasted just as great, and I still could not eat the entire contents. If you are just trying out a freeze dried meal, you cannot go wrong with this meal!! Has amazing flavor, and is very filling after a hard days hike! Be careful though, you may replace your wifes cooking with this fella.lol

This is GREAT Lasagne

I was very surprised at how good this was when I had it, and how easy it was to fix. Just poured hot water into the pouch and it was ready in about 10 minutes. It was way more food than I expected and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Felt very satisfied after I ate it. Not sure I could make it taste this good if I made it from scratch myself!

If you aren't going to make your own dehydrated food, this is about as good as it gets. It's quick. It's easy. The pro-pack version are much easier to transport.
