Gotta love Icebreaker, but...

Comments about Icebreaker Legless 200 - Men's:

I have quite a few Icebreaker items, shirts, long sleeves, socks and long underwear. Most of the items I tend to wear a size larger as they tend to fit a bit too snug for me, so the XL long underwear are perfect, although I normally wear a Large.

I opted to order the XL in these and much to my surprise they are a normal XL, in other words too big. I have to roll the waist band 3 times to get them to fit properly. Now that they are rolled they fit fine, but the saggy crotch area was not pleasant.

In ordering I would be ware of the sizing of this and possibly order the normal size instead of one up.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great, but lighter than I thought

Comments about Legless 200 - Men's:

I got these to use for skiing, with a focus on touring. I got the 200's and they are great, but I think I would get the 260's if I could do it over (I will probably get the 260's anyway).

The 200's are great if it is above 30 degrees or so, below that they are a bit cold. Merino works well for a wide range of temps, so I think they would actually feel very comfortable into the 50 degree range.

I am really impressed how well they breathe and how comfortable they are. Previously I wore Hot Chili's and if you did any hiking or touring they were miserably hot.

I would also recommend the 3/4 length. If you have ski boot and socks, it is much more comfortable to not have to bunch up your base layer at the top of your boot.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
