Great trail shoe! A far better replacement for my beloved Brooks Cascadias. I am a big advocate of natural running or using a forefoot/midfoot strike for running, and seeing a true trailrunner that works with my body to utilize this style of running is great. Breaths well and has great traction. They also designed the sole to simulate proprioception normally lost because of the rock shield so they are quite nimble and help avoid twisted or turned ankles. Doesn't have much arch support because it is designed to strengthen your feet and allow you to run more naturally.
