I have several Icebreakers & other brands of wool baselayers. Love them all BUT this heavier weight is my all time favorite. It is just so comfortable and warm. I find myself ignoring all my other base layer tops and gravitate to this one time and time again. I can't wait to get home from work so I can put on my favorite warm, comfy top. This one is thick enough to wear alone or as a baselayer. No itch just comfort. Got a great deal on a sale at Campsaver, my only regret is I did not buy more when they were on sale. Fit is great. I am 5'4" 115#. The small fits perfect. Not too tight, not too loose.
