I bought this bag for my girlfriend because I have the identical men's version and we can zip them together. She loves it but has yet to use it. I, however, used it one night because I packed hers instead of my own on accident. It was roomy and confortable while using it with a nemo sleeping pad. It was 30 degrees that night which was pushing the limits of the bag but with some cozy silk weight underwear wool socks and a fleece jacket I was comfortable.

Used this at a music festival. temperatures dropped into 20's. with proper layering with my clothing I was warm, but the first night with just one layer was cold.

I used this on a weekend camping trip on a mountain that averaged about 20-30degrees. I felt so warm that at times I had to open the zipper a little to get a cool breeze. I didn't notice how cold it was outside until I poked my head out or got out of the bag. I felt completely comfortable all night and had plenty of room to bend my knees and move around. I slept great and the next morning some friends of mine were complaining about how cold they were and I just couldn't relate because I was warm & toasty!!
