This is a great tent. So easy to setup at the end of a hard day and heaps of room. I'm a big bloke and I can fit in it with all my gear inc pack and boots. I keep it in the front pocket of my pack and just stuff it in there, so easy. Once you workout how to set it up right it's great(must keep the triangle shape tight to reduce sagging). I also have ropes tied to the three points(loops) on each end to pull it up and out, it makes heaps more room above your head and feet) and I just tie it to nearby trees etc. So light to carry about 1kg with no bag, and I can sit up/kneel in to organize my gear. Great when pouring with rain, dress and fully pack my pack in the tent, then get out and stuff the tent away wet in the front pocket of my pack. Was a bargain thankyou campsaver :)

Just spent a week with this tent in The Bob Marshall Wilderness in Montana. The tent preformed perfect. It held off the bad rainstorm. I am just not happy with the funky way it looks all guyed out and having the fabric right down in your face every morning. Even sleeping with the vestibule doors roled all the way open I still had condensation every morning. I would strongly recommend you look at the six moons luna solo before buying this tent.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I've owned this tent for a few weeks and have taken it on a short break-in trip to the mountains. First of all, this is a great quality tent for the price. The construction is A+ and i'm looking forward to using this tent on a number of long distance hikes this year. As stated in an earlier review, if you're tall like me (6'2") be sure and bring two additional tent stakes and use the provided 550 reflective cord to stake out the ends of the tent. Even though the floor is 100" in length, the walls are steep which means wet feet or head in the morning if you don't stake out the walls. Other than that, this tent is wonderful. Especially great is the headroom. You'll be hard pressed to find a lightweight 1 person tent with as much space.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
