I bought this jacket for use as mandatory gear for a race as it packs up light and would be great if temps turned for the worst. I also use it daily walking my dogs in -25 to -30 temps and it's toasty warm. I especially like it that it's longer in the back. It has one of the best hoods that I've seen on a jacket.

I use this jacket as my last warm layer over a multi-layer system (waterproof and breathable shell jacket and insulation layers) when stopping in the mountains or belaying ice climbing. The extra thin layer of lining along the inside front panels of the jacket prevent feeling the wind...the layer of soft fleece on the inside of the coller is comfortable for the chin...the low cut around the buttock is definately a "+", the helmet warm and large enough to accomodate a helmet...one little improvement could be to add a thin layer of fleece on the inside of the pockets...

Super warm and cozy, I am 5'5" 120, xs fits perfectly, somewhat fitted but I can still fit a bulky sweater underneath, mainly because the shoulders are super puffy, a little too much so, but it allows arm movement without the rest of the jacket riding up... so functional but not exactly fashionable (but when you're freezing cold who cares?), however it is well made and not unattractive by any means, the fabric is nice, strong and satiny, the poof of the down is great, and it is super light; it really is the most comfortable cozy jacket I've owned. The only problem being in the cold is that I don't have gloves or bottoms to keep the rest of me as warm!
