This pad hasn't really self-inflated in the uses since I've gotten it, but that's not a huge deal to me. It's comfy, warm, and is fairly packable for a foam/air pad. I got it on sale for [$] so the money saved justified getting this versus something more compressible like a NeoAir.

great sleeping pad, bit of insulation really keeps you warm. very compact and lightweight. we used it camping in ~35 degrees over the weekend and stayed warm and dry.
