Here's a quick breakdown of our Return Policy & Warranty
- Hassle Free 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, we'll exchange your product for free or give you a full refund.
- We do not refund the original shipping charges if you paid for Ground, 2 Day air, 3 Day or Next Day Air.
- We'll pay for return shipping charges on damaged goods and the replacement we send out. You will need to pay for shipping back to us if you want an exchange or just don't want the product.
- After 60 days, CampSaver.com will issue exchanges and refunds at it's sole discretion. New, unused and un opened products may be returned to us for up to one year. If an item that is used is returned to us after the 60 day limit we will assess a 50% restocking fee.
- All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#), which may be obtained from our Returns Department. To ensure proper credit, please include this RA# with your returned merchandise. The Returns Department will tell you the most efficient means of return.
- On international shipments, manufacturer defects or warranty issues must be handled by the manufacturer. We do not pay for return shipping on international orders and we will not pay for replacements sent out.
Return Instructions:
- To Return an item please fill out the information below and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Or give us a call Mon-Fri. at 1-877-883-6276.
- After you have a RA# please write the RA# on the outside of the box and send the package back to us at your convenience using UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service. We do not pay return shipping. Here is our return address:
