The Rock Rings have been around for years. Nearly every gym I've ever been to has them. You can hang them in the air, giving more of a gymnastic workout, or tack them next to your hangboard (as I have) for additional holds. You could maintain your strength if all you had were these to train on. Being that theey're seperate, you have a choice for their location in regards to your size (smaller, closer together; larger, further apart). They're simple, versitile, small, and kind of fun when they hang in the air. Kids love them, beginner's love them, pro's love them. They're a great tool to have in any VSC's training bag.
