New Items - Lifetime Returns
Under 60 days - Any item that is in new/unused condition, that includes all of the manufacturer's packaging and tags, may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.
Over 60 Days - New items (unused with original packaging and tags) may be returned at any time for a refund of store credit. Store credit will be linked to your CampSaver.com account. If you do not have an account, your refund will be sent as an electronic gift card. Store credits and gift cards will expire 5 years after issuance.
Used Returns and SHED Items - 60 Day Returns
Most used and shed items are covered under our return policy and may be returned for up to 60 days . Used and shed Items returned to CampSaver.com within 60 days of the order date are eligible for store credit only, which will be issued as a credit to your CampSaver.com account or sent as an electronic gift card. Both will expire after 5 years from the issue date. We do not accept returns on used items past 60 days from the purchase date. Please note, items purchased from The Shed are sold "As Is" without warranty.
*Note that CampSaver.com does not accept returns on mounted skis, molded ski boots, used helmets or used climbing gear **All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging. To ensure this packaging is not damaged during the return shipping process please fill the shipping box with packing material.
Original Shipping Charges
We do not refund the original shipping charges (if any) unless the return is caused by a product defect, misship, or warranty issue. For such issues we will pay return shipping charges and the replacement we send out.
Return Shipping Charges
CampSaver.com does not offer free return shipping unless you are returning your items under our 'Fit Guarantee'. For your convenience, a discounted UPS shipping label is included with every return authorization. When we receive your item(s) back into our warehouse we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Please see the Chart below for our return shipping rates:

- These shipping charges apply to US shipments only. (Does not include AK and HI)
- If you decide not to use our discounted pre-paid shipping label you can ship your package back using your preferred shipping service. We recommend using a service that provides return tracking and insurance.
- We do not offer shipping refunds if you have purchased your own shipping label.
At this time our system is not set up to accept international returns. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-435-213-1125 to request your return.
Our Fit Guarantee
We know that finding the right size online can be difficult. That is why we offer our Fit Guarantee that applies exclusively to our apparel and footwear. If your product does not fit the way that you want, simply set up an exchange and we will cover the cost of both the return shipping back to us and the shipping on your new replacement order. To begin your exchange for a different size, simply place a new order. If you purchased an item on sale and that sale has ended, or your correct size is out of stock, please give one of our helpful customer service representatives a call at 1-877-883-6276 and we'll be glad to assist you further! Once your new order has been placed, a return will need to be set up for the item that doesn't fit. For a short time you will have two charges on your credit card or Paypal account. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a credit.
Rules of the Fit Guarantee
- Only applies to shipping within the continental United States.
- An exchange must be set up to qualify for free return shipping.
- All items purchased in the "Shed" are excluded.
Gift With Purchase
Please include any free gifts associated with products you are returning, otherwise a fee equivalent to the full price of the gift item may be assessed.
New products have a warranty specified by the manufacturer. While some manufacturers offer a 1-2 year warranty, most have a lifetime warranty. If you have a question about the warranty of a specific product, please see our detailed product pages, or visit the manufacturer's website.
