New Items - Lifetime Returns
Under 60 days - Any item that is in new/unused condition, that includes all of the manufacturer's packaging and tags, may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.
Over 60 Days - New items (unused with original packaging and tags) may be returned at any time for a refund of store credit. Store credit will be linked to your account. If you do not have an account, your refund will be sent as an electronic gift card. Store credits and gift cards will expire 1 year after issuance.


Used Returns and Shed Items - 60 Day Returns
Most used and shed items are covered under our return policy and may be returned for up to 60 days . Used and shed Items returned to within 60 days of the order date are eligible for store credit only, which will be issued as a credit to your account or sent as an electronic gift card. Both will expire after 1 year from the issue date. We do not accept returns on used items past 60 days from the purchase date.  Please note, items purchased from The Shed are sold "As Is" without warranty. 

*Note that does not accept returns on mounted skis, molded ski boots, used helmets or used climbing gear

Shipping Charges
Original Shipping Charges - We do not refund the original shipping charges (if any) unless the return is caused by a product defect or warranty issue. For such issues we will pay return shipping charges and the replacement we send out
Return Shipping Charges - If the reason for return is a matter of personal error (duplicate items ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to 


Fit Guarantee
Our Fit Guarantee applies to any new apparel and footwear (excludes items purchased in The Shed). If the apparel/footwear you purchased does not fit comfortably we will cover the cost of return shipping (a return label will only be issued if an item is exchanged). To exchange for a different size simply place a new order. Your new sized item will be sent to you with no additional shipping cost. A return will need to be set up for the item that doesn’t fit. For a short time you will have two charges on your credit card or Paypal account. Once we receive the return you will receive a credit. (The Fit Guarantee only applies to shipping within the continental United States.)

New products have a warranty specified by the manufacturer. While some manufacturers offer a 1-2 year warranty, most have a lifetime warranty.
