International Shipping Policies

Yes, we ship international packages everyday. Your order total must be over $50 for us to ship international. Please see our shipping policies below.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and it's destination country. We also insure each international package so that you (and we) are covered in case the package gets lost. Our Free Shipping policy does not apply to international orders. Below you will find instructions on how to calculate shipping costs.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

Step 1–Add the items you would like to order to the shopping cart. Add all the items that you intend to purchase.
Step 2–Click on the cart button on the top, right of the window if you are not already at the shopping cart page.

Step 3–Find your country in the country dropdown in the shipping calculator. Click "Go".
Step 4–Your shipping method and charge will be output within the Shipping Calculator.

*Exclusions: We can not ship MSR or Thermarest products internationally, nor can we ship Nemo products to Japan.

What carrier do you use and how long will it take to arrive?
We use United United States Postal Service to ship to most countries. We have found this service to be both economical and speedy, but will ship with UPS upon request. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks with USPS Priority International Mail.

Are there other fees or import taxes?
Perhaps. We don't know if your country will charge you import fees and they are not covered in our shipping charge. We leave it up to you to find out if you will be charged fees upon receiving your package. Contact your post office if you have questions about fees in your country. If you reject the package because you don't want to pay fees, the shipping fee you originally paid is non-refundable.

International Warranty and Repairs?
We will allow you to return any product you are not satisfied with for up to 60 days. We do not refund the shipping charge and you are responsible for the shipping charge back to us so make sure you know what you want and that you like the color, it can get very expensive shipping products back! We also cannot warranty items that need to be repaired or have defects, this is your risk when purchasing from overseas.

Can I ship to a U.S. Address even though I am International?
Yes. Just enter the U.S. Address info into the shipping addresss and the Free Shipping for orders over $50 does apply.
