This bag is very comfortable and it packs small enough for me. Great quality. Love the second 1/4 zipper on opposite side of main zipper. I'm 6' tall and 190 lbs. I opted for the long version for more room. Probably could've fit in regular but with more restriction.

My wife and I hiked into the Grand Canyon, (June 2) in Havasupai to be exact, and she used this bag. She likes to sleep in the fetal position and she is not a warm sleeper, meaning that she is pretty much always cold AND she is allergic to goose down, so we had to go synthetic for her sleeping bag. Simply stated: she loves this bag.

On the second night she spilled A LOT of water inside the hood of this bag, we were able to dry most of it out using towels in about 20 min. She still slept in it, a little soggy, but warm enough, and then we hung it out to dry on a tree the next day, no worries.

She really liked the short zipper on the opposite side of the main zipper, it was great for opening up a little breathing room when the temperature was a little higher during the early evening, and then zipped it all up when the temp dropped at night… and the zippers only snagged a couple of times.

My only complaint is that I wish is compressed a bit smaller. This could have been done using a different synthetic insulation material, but then again, the price would have been higher. Combine the features provided and the weight, it is quite a sweet bag for the price.
