Good Taste, didn't thicken

Nice bits of turkey and good flavor. However, I used exactly 2 cups boiled water and even 15 minutes later it was still basically Turkey Noodle Soup. Good soup. Maybe I got a bag missing some ingredients. It certainly didn't seem like 2 servings either.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Prepared this on an overnight backpacking trip. Supposed to be dinner for two. It does taste good, quite good, but you need to let it set a while to reconstitute. Makes a great tasting appetizer. By itself it is not adequate as a dinner for two without something extra. My biggest complaint is the packaging. I feel that it is too bulky for backpacking. Basically, it should be in compressed rectangle configuration.
