My Arcteryx jacket was spoilt by it... there was a chemical smell since the very first use of this proofing liquid, and it left some white stains all over my dark color jacket which is hard to be removed... water repellency was bad... so far I can't find a good thing about it, total waste of money. Later I'd tried another brand which proved to be much better, too bad I don't think it is appropiate to say it out here, just fyi.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
