Items purchased from The Shed carry our 60 Day No-Hassle Money Back Guarantee. Return your product within 60 days for a full refund. We do not accept exchanges from the shed. After 60 days, we do not accept returns for items purchased from The Shed.
All of new Men's and Women's apparel and footwear (excludes items purchased in The Shed) comes with what we like to call a Fit Guarantee. If the apparel/footwear you purchased does not fit comfortably and you'd like to exchange it for another size, we will cover not only the cost of the return shipping, but also shipping the replacement size (if in-stock) to you. The Fit Guarantee only applies to shipping within the continental United States. At CampSaver you can buy with confidence that you will like what you buy, risk-free. Extended Return Policy
On top of our other fantastic policies described above, CampSaver has a very liberal 180 Day New/Unopened Return Policy. New, unused, or unopened products with tags may be returned to us for up to 180 days, no questions asked. If you wish to return a new, unused, or unopened item after the 180 day return policy has expired, request a return or give us a call at . CampSaver does not accept returns after 180 days. Shipping Charges for a Return
We do not refund the original shipping charges (if any) unless the return is caused by a product defect or warranty issue. For such issues we will pay return shipping charges and the replacement we send out. If the reason for return is a matter of personal error (duplicate items ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to .
All of the new products we carry have a warranty. Items purchased from The Shed are sold "As Is" without warranty. Warranty for a specific product depends on the manufacturer. Many products even offer a lifetime warranty.
