I purchased this backpack from Campsaver in the spring. I did a lot of research and the osprey quality was what I needed for my trip. (3 months of backpacking North America by Train, Bus, foot) I knew I would be in to the forest and back to the cities and so I wanted something that could hold my gear and not make a stir when I arrived in each city. The most inportent thing I was carrying was my computer and camera. The Second bag option made for the perfect electronics bag. I could take it with me on all of my day trips and not be worried I would lose my pictures. I beat the heck out of this back pack carrying upwards of 50 lbs at times and 6 months later it barely looks used! Great purchase, it's an investment.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
