Product Info for Boker Fx-807B Fkmd Mars Sputnik 7 Fixed Blade Knife
The rubberized forprene handle gives the Sputnik models very comfortable and safe handling even in wet or cold conditions, which is further enhanced by many grooves. An eyelet is featured on the small integrated parrying element and the glass breaker in the pommel, allowing the Sputnik to be attached to a stick. The cerakote-finished N690 blade is ideally dimensioned at 5 mm thickness to combine cutting capability and strength. The extremely functional symmetric sheath is made from fiberglass composites, and is secured in a MOLLE-compatible nylon holder with belt loop and removable leg straps. The Rescue version of the Sputnik is additionally equipped with a dual-beveled edge, a rope and belt cutter, aggressive serration on the spine, and shackle loosener integrated into the blade. MOLLE compatible nylon sheath with pierce-through guard and leg strap. Hardened glass breaker in the pommel. Rubber-coated TPR handle for maximum grip safety.
