First custom made for Ryan Jordan of Backpackinglight magazine, for his Arctic 1000 trek in June of 2006, the Bushbuddy Ultra stove features the same efficient combustion design as the regular Bushbuddy, but in a lighter weight. The two stoves are identical in size.

This is the original and best woodgas stove that all the others try to copy. The stove is hand made, very well constructed and extremely light weight (5 - 5.5 oz depending on the model).

At truly under 5 oz, and no need to carry any fuel, you have an ultra light cook system right out of the box.
