To install, cut the drink tube 2"- 3" from the base of the reservoir. Dip the base (the part with the yellow release button) of the Quick Link Conversion accessory in rubbing alcohol, which works as a quick-drying lubricator. Firmly push the base onto the section of drink tube still attached to the reservoir. Dip the Quick Link male connector in rubbing alcohol and firmly push it into the section of drink tube you cut off.

I've been using these and similar ones for year to easily fill my hydration bladder directly from the filter without removing the bladder from my pack. They make the process quick and simple. The CamelBak does the job of another major brand at half the price.
