I owned a Pit Boss grill prior to this and had nothing but problems with it. It would not maintain temps, it would constantly error out and shut down. This Camp Chef SmokePro is totally dependable. Great smoker, decent grill. If not smoking something you are better off using a charcoal or propane grill due to the indirect heating. Only complaint when smoking is that smoke comes out around the entire door do to the lack of a seal or flushness of door. I recommend this smoker, makes smoking easy as a turn of a knob.
