The Danner Trail 2650 is not water resistant, but a Gore-Tex lined version is available, which is waterproof. It is designated as the Danner Trail 2650 GTX.

The women's Danner Trail 2650 hiking shoes are not known to fit larger or smaller than the expected size. True to size would be an accurate description.
