My Husband and I have used Eagle Creek Luggage for 20-years and they absolutely stand behind their "anywhere, anytime" warranty.
One of our trusted airlines managed to tear the rubber off one of our 2-wheeled luggage's wheels on 2 separate luggage bags, and EC replaced all wheels along with replacing the rubber bumpers on the outside corners and the pull tabs on the zippers.... Read more
