This is very light & compy.
I think it's very reasonable price.
I love this shoe cause everyone said it's good on me when I hung out with my friends.

From the picture I assumed the Bivy Boot was insulated with a fine polyester down and they looked like the ticket for extra cold night 'round here (Northeast, has been below zero a few nights and my felt slippers weren't quite up (or down?) to it. Perhaps a bit pricey, even on sale, although I lucked out with the felt liners I had.
Best Used for:
Sleeping in a tent or igloo with your boots on in the cold. Light weight and scruncheable for the pack you're gonna need up in them thar mountains.
