Exped's Dreamwalker 650 Medium features: close the lower drawcord to make a wallcreeper sleeping bag, insulated hand warmer pockets, and insulated draft tube protects zipper.
Features of Exped Dreamwalker 650 Sleeping Bag:
Use as a coat: Secure foot end around waist with cinch cord, join the buckles, and adjust.
Unique hood is comfortable, insulated, and adjusts easily - all without hindering vision.
Insulated draft tubes protect arm accesses and stiffener behind the zipper prevents snags. Locking zippers adjust from either side.
Draft tube collar is comfortably soft, offers complete adjustment, and prevents heat loss.
Insulated, hand warmer pockets also hold personal items.
2-way locking zipper is protected by a snag-preventing stiffener. Zipper can be managed from either side.
Close the lower drawcord to make Wallcreeper a sleeping bag.
Double tuck-stitch design.
Chin guard insulates against cold zipper.

Outstanding example of what happens when designers are encouraged to think outside the square. A myriad of clever details and comfort considerations, make up a sleeping bag that is easy to live with/in!
This is my favorite bag and my second. The company replaced my 1st. Bag because of a bad zipper after many years of use, (fantastic!) it's like my baby blanket. I use it in my bed in the winter, inside other bags or all alone for warmer camping. I take it when I travel for my own bedding at motels or friends. Not to be vague, but the size you get would depend on your preference. The Regular fits up to 6'1", so you would fit in it just fine. They take cinching up the bottom in to account. If it were me, I'd get the long. I like more room in a sleeping bag, and am willing to deal with the small weight and space penalties. But that's my preference
