Product Info for Fjallraven Greenland No. 1 Special Edition

Fjallraven most classic Men's Cotton Canvas Jackets, here in its original design after founder Ake Nordin sewed the first jacket using a durable tent fabric at home in Ornsköldsvik in 1968. This simple early version was created for climbers and has two breast pockets. (The side pockets on the Greenland Jacket were added in a later version after the jacket grew in popularity among a wider outdoor public in the 1970s.) Fixed hood, zipper with flap in the front and buttoned adjustments in the sleeve cuffs. The fabric is the durable, wind and water resistant G-1000 Eco that breathes well and can be infused with wax for extra protection from the wind and rain.

Great Greenland No. 1 Special Edition

I love this jacket. Waxed it before I went to Iceland and stayed dry and warm the entire time. Even on the windiest of days this thing won't let you down. If you want to layer might think about going one size up. Great wet weather jacket. Well made. You can order Fjallraven wax to really waterproof it.

looks good. I have more fjallraven jackets. This jacket is most pretty in my fjallraven jackets. this jacket is looks more casual than any other fjallraven jackets i have . i was buy this for town. its very good choice to me.
