Any excess heat can be released through ventilation openings with net fabric under the arms and in the yoke across the shoulders.
Two chest pockets and an arm pocket, all with buttoned flaps. Sleeve buttons keep rolled up sleeves in place.

Excellent shirt for the back country or everyday wear. They run big. I am typically a medium, but need to size down to a small in this shirt. Very durable and comfortable. I can wear camping or while at work.

Sturdy material suitable for fall climate or altitude. There are three venting areas but I am hesitant to rely on the shirt for the tropics. Top quality and probably long lasting article that looks really good on me. I can wear this to a nice restaurant for dinner.
