I purchased this product to use as a stuff bag for a cold weather sleeping bag - the bag is artificially insulated and very "puffy" - this product is perfect for getting the bag down to a size compatible with my dry bags. The straps and buckles are very solid. Expect this bag to last for years.
I'm using the compression sack during my camping expeditions in the South Eastern part of America. Great product. Shrinks my 0 degree synthetic sleeping bag down to almost nothing. Great color as well. Very pleased.
