Granite Gear Storm Cell Pack Fly is a good pack and XL size is big enough to monstruos backpacks, like Osprey Argon 110 Pack XL (7100 cu in / 116 L).
The external elastic cord fits well and helps to hold the pack cover on windy conditions.
