Product Info for Helle Viking Red Limited Edition 2016 Knife
The original Viking was designed by Arne Emile Christensen, a professor with the University Museum of National Antiquities in Oslo, as a recreation of a Viking Age belt knife. The Helle Viking Red Limited Edition knife has the same great quality and functionality of the original but features a turpentine soaked handle for a beautiful red finish. The knife is notable not only for it's historical interest, but also as an excellent all around utility knife. The black finish of the heat treatment is left on the sides for a rustic look.
