Joby's UltraFit Layered Pad Technology provides lightweight support without bulk. Hand strap pad conforms to the shape of your hand and doesn't get in the way of camera controls. The Joby UltraPlate attaches securely to your camera's tripod mount. Use the included Allen wrench to completely tighten the screw. You can easily switch between handheld shooting and using a tripod quickly. The Joby Camera UltraPlate Mount is built-in Arca-Swiss compatible.
