Removable 6 mm thick three part liner quilted from a wicking durable synthetic, 400 gram Thinsulate Ultra Insulation, and finally 3 mm of wool felt to insulate even when damp.

These boots are very well made, although they are made in tailand not USA as kennetrek would want you to believe. The liners are snug and removable/replaceable with thinner or thicker and the leather is great. Laces are so so we will see how they last.
