The Kenetrek Mountain Guide 400 Boots are a durable pair of boots built to last, and keep you warm in those chilly hiking months. A superbly built mountaineering boot for guides that are extremely tough on their boots or those that routinely travel in brutally rugged terrain. The Kenetrek Mountain Guide has many of the features of our very popular Mountain Extreme boots with the additions of a stiffer midsole combined with the fully crampon compatible Vibram Vertige™ outsole. The Leather uppers are a full 3.5mm leather. This provides extra durability and moisture protection. The same waterproof and breathable Windtex® membrane and 400 grams of Thinsulate™ Insulation keep you warm and dry no matter what the weather is like. Even with all of this support and durability, the Kenetrek Mountain Guide Boots w/Insulation will still surprise you with a level of comfort unavailable ... until now!
