Product Info for Knives of Alaska Caribou D2 Cleaver Knife
We used the same great profile design as our popular Light Hunter, but made it only .100in thick, rather than .250in. Made from the same premium edge-holding D2 steel, we are now able to put a much sharper and longer lasting edge on both the gut hook and main edge. And because it is thinner, it costs a lot less than the Light Hunter.
