The L3 Harris PVS-31A was designed from the ground up to be an extremely lightweight articulating binocular while retaining critical features such as manual gain control, IPD stops, and an auxiliary power port. Issued to SOCOM, the system includes a remote battery pack and cable and utilizes RPO optics paired with L3Harris unfilmed white phosphor image intensifier tubes. The PVS-31A is intended for users who prioritize weight reduction and image clarity in a duty grade binocular system
