The Instructor Lite is a lightweight two-section pole that is perfect for even the longest Nordic Walking outings. It features the new Nordic Shark system with a breathable mesh strap for ideal power transmission and maximum comfort. A quick-release system makes getting in and out of the grip a cinch. The Instructor Lite also offers a unique combination of high-strength aluminum and 100% Carbon shafts for added stability and balance in a lightweight package. With the Speed Lock 2.0 + lever system, you can easily adjust the length between 100 cm - 125 cm. The Instructor Lite comes with a carbide tip for natural environments and a rubber tip for use in urban/indoor environments.

• Shark Frame Strap Mesh: Lightweight and breathable, cradles the hand in place on the grip for perfect connection and maximum comfort.
• The convenient shark quick connect/release system from the grips allows to easily hydrate, peel a layer or tie a shoe without the hassle of getting in and out of a regular strap.
• Speed Lock 2: Fast and easy adjustment of the pole length even whilst wearing gloves. Smaller, lighter and 20% higher holding force than SL 1. Adjust the tension as needed without using tools.
• Heat treated aluminum upper shaft, super sturdy and extremely robust combined with a lightweight carbon lower section for optimum swing weight.
• Micro Basket: prevents sinking into soft surfaces and protects the lower shaft.
