Great question! These poles are 135 cm and would be the best for someone over 6 feet. If you want to measure the fit from home you can stand with your arms at 90 degree angles and measure the distance from your hand to the ground.

Q I would like to confirm this price is for 2 poles including the glove. Also do the glove come in sizes or one size please

Great question! There are two poles included but no gloves. It is possible you are mistaking the wrist straps for gloves.
