The three-section pole is specially designed for mountaineering and is equipped with the new Aergon Air. This innovative new grip has been improved in numerous ways and has been completely redesigned in terms of comfort and control. Its special hollow core technology combines lightweight construction with large, supportive surfaces that meet all the ergonomic requirements of your hand. Maximum grip and control when going downhill is provided by the Aergon Airs rubberized grip back. The inclined angle supports your wrist for optimal guidance and placement of the pole. This stable mountaineering pole is equipped with a flex tip, allowing the Big Mountain Binding Basket to be added directly on the mountain in case of snow. The Sherpa is infinitely adjustable between 110 - 145 cm. Made from aluminum, the 3-section collapsible Sherpa is stable and yet weighs only 279 g (10 oz), making it your trusty mountain ally!

• Lock Security Skin Strap: Adjustable security strap made from breathable, lightweight and extra soft material for maximum comfort.
• Heat treated aluminum, super sturdy, extremely robust and very durable.
• Speed Lock 2+: Fast and easy adjustment of the pole length even whilst wearing gloves. Smaller, lighter and 20% higher holding force than SL 1. Adjust the tension as needed without using tools.
• Additonal pair of baskets included that's perfect for touring and snowy days. The Binding Baskets feature a rigid edge allowing for simple adjustment of AT heel lifters on the fly or clearing snow easily from the bases or top sheets of skis.
