Bought these for my 6 and 8 year old. Easy to set the length on the poles and the strap adjustment is much easier than my 13 year old set of Super Makalu poles. My 8 year old used the poles on a overnight trip in the Grayson Highlands and found them particularly useful on the rocky terrain. Saved him from falling several times.
